The staff was very helpful, especially with english. The room was clean. I was glad I booked a king bed room. It was a little larger than the queen room. (It felt so spacious!).
The elevator was quite small, so there was a bit of a wait sometimes.

The room was very spacious and close to all the high street shops. it also had access to the tram and train station. This made getting around easy. i found it convenient to have so many cafes and restaurants nearby.
the elevator was tiny, i had to wait in line to use it with my luggage.

the location was good as it was near many places.
The room was SO small. there WASN'T enough space for two suitcases. A window passed from the shower to the toilet. This made it visible from the bed, I thought this was weird.
